About the Role:
As a Customer Support Representative, you will provide exceptional support to customers, answering inbound calls, interacting with customers in a professional and empathetic manner, and assisting with program enrollment. You will also use multiple computer systems to access data and document information, and provide information in accordance with established policies, procedures, and privacy laws.
Requirements:
At least 1 year of customer service experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Great active listening skills and strong attention to detail
Strong PC skills, including ability to quickly learn new computer applications
Positive attitude, empathy, patience, and professionalism
Strong multitasking skills and ability to adapt to change in a fast-paced environment
Home Office Requirements:
Computer meeting specific criteria (Windows 10 or 11, 8GB RAM, etc.)
High-speed, hardwired internet connection
Dual monitors and USB noise-cancelling headset
Webcam for certification experience
Hours of Operation:
Monday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM ET
Tuesday: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM ET
Wednesday: 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM ET
Thursday and Friday: 8:00 AM - 11:00 AM ET
