Responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
Providing accurate information regarding American Airlines services, policies, and procedures
Assisting customers with booking, reservations, cancellations, and other travel-related inquiries
Resolving customer issues and complaints with a focus on customer satisfaction
Collaborating with team members to ensure consistent and high-quality customer support
To be successful in this role, you will need:
Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with airline reservation systems is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a bonus
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
