As a Remote Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for:

Our Ideal Candidate:

Has a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer support, preferably in a remote or virtual environment.

Is highly motivated, flexible, and adaptable, with a strong desire to learn and grow with our company.
Has a strong understanding of customer service principles, including empathy, active listening, and conflict resolution.
