Whats a typical day as a Customer Support Representative? Youll be:
Providing exceptional customer service relating to sales, order entry, and purchase order collections.
Maintaining good customer relations and resolving customer claims and complaints in accordance with consumer laws.
Proactively informing and educating customers through organization-wide initiatives.
Developing improvement plans in response to team efforts for purchase order collections.

Have strong interpersonal skills and a willingness to go above and beyond to support the Trauma & Extremities Business Units.
Have experience in customer service or a related field.
Possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
