[Remote] Customer Support Representative
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. ServiceCore is a rapidly growing field-service Software as a Service platform serving the portable sanitation and dumpster industries. The Customer Support Representative will provide multi-channel support to small to mid-sized business owners, troubleshoot product issues, and ensure customer satisfaction by managing issues from first contact through resolution.
