They are seeking a Customer Support Agent to provide high-quality support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Respond to customer queries in a timely, helpful and professional way Support customers with project, product and camera-related questions Troubleshoot issues and help find practical solutions Keep customers updated on progress and manage expectations clearly Work closely with Customer Success and other teams to share customer issues and feedback Categorize tasks and queries accurately within our support systems Maintain clear records and ensure follow-up actions are completed Support with additional projects or tasks as needed in a growing business Skills Strong communication skills, both written and verbal A customer-first mindset and a calm, professional approach Good problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail Comfortable speaking with customers by phone, email and support systems Able to manage expectations and build positive customer relationships Reliable, proactive and organized in the way you work Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities Able to adapt quickly and respond well to change Previous experience in customer support, service or another customer-facing role Experience using Intercom, Salesforce, Zendesk or similar systems Benefits Generous paid time off Medical & Dental Care Company Overview Giraffe360 is a robotic technology company that offers 360° photography and virtual tour camera for real estate agents.
