This role is fully remote, allowing employees to work from anywhere.ResponsibilitiesRespond to user inquiries across our support channels with speed, empathy, and accuracyTroubleshoot issues related to games, payments, and in-app features for Rips and Triumph ArcadeAdvocate for users internally by surfacing recurring problems so we can fix root causesSpot trends in user feedback and escalate them so we can stay ahead of issues as we growContribute ideas and improvements that help the support team scale for the futureSkillsDigital experience on any platform.
