[Remote] Customer Success Operations - Contract

The Customer Success Operations role involves managing contracting and submission operations for new and renewal contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance while partnering with various teams.ResponsibilitiesUpload legal contracts into Ironclad, manage version control, and ensure accuracy of dataFacilitate contract execution, monitor signature status, and provide visibility into contracting pipeline healthConduct audits of executed agreements to validate deal terms, metadata mapping, and compliance with internal contracting standardsRun pricing of deals through Pearlsights, our internal tool for underwriting, and propose the best option for specific clientsContribute to final provider roster submission processes, including roster uploads, metadata validation, TIN/track allocation and pricing coordination, quality control, final allocation management in RMS (Pearl's internal roster management system), and client roster attestationsEnsure final deal terms are accurately reflected in contracts and related reporting systemsTrack submission milestones, surface risks, and ensure all provider roster and contracting requirements are completed on timeSkills2-3 years of experience in operations, customer success operations, revenue operations, business operations, consulting, or related functionsExperience working cross-functionally across operational, commercial, and technical teamsStrong coordination instincts — you know how to keep multiple work streams moving simultaneously and surface the right issues to the right peopleClear written communicator; comfortable drafting escalation summaries, status updates, and stakeholder-facing notesComfortable operating in a fast-moving environment with seasonal urgencyCompany OverviewPearl Health provides an integrated platform to help primary care providers focus their attention on the patients who need it.
