The Customer Success Manager will drive customer satisfaction, build long-term relationships, and contribute to the company's growth by understanding client needs and developing account strategies.ResponsibilitiesForm a deep understanding of the client’s business & goalsProvide DSP advisory and strategic consultation from the onboarding phaseMaintain detailed internal documentation of client information (Hubspot), interactions (call notes), feature requests (product wishlist), and campaign strategiesConduct engaging and informative Quarterly Business Reviews focusing on learnings, growth opportunities, and evangelizing on product roadmapCo-manage and optimize campaigns with the Client or Trading team, analyzing aggregate performance and log-level data to improve strategiesReport on account progress weekly / bi-weekly to internal and external stakeholders (client, PSS Lead, Product teams, etc)Set and achieve monthly and quarterly growth and milestone targets together with your Team LeadOwning end-to-end client success and results through proactive optimizations, troubleshooting, and coordinationProactively identify and address emerging client needsWork closely with the product team on enhancements based on client feedbackEfficiently troubleshoot issues and communicate them to the product and technical teamsProvide regular feedback to management about client needs, market & competitor intelligenceSkills2+ years of experience managing performance-driven web clients – must-haveHands-on experience with programmatic or digital advertising platformsProven ability to build and drive processes that truly move the needle for clientsCapable of working independently and collaborativelyStrong analytical skills: able to dig into data, spot trends, and turn insights into actionA proactive mindset: you're comfortable tackling challenges and finding solutions quicklyAttention to detailIn-Depth Mastery of Kayzen DSP for Client SuccessStrategic Client Management and Campaign ExcellenceLeading in Industry Knowledge and TrendsClient Advocacy and Relationship BuildingBenefitsExceptional career growth and learning opportunityA unique opportunity to be part of an experienced team of industry experts and entrepreneurs who bring massive change to the Adtech marketDirect, day-to-day work experience with the managementA fun, driven, and multinational team located across Germany, India, UK, Argentina, Ukraine, Turkey, Spain and many more countriesA flexible work-from-home arrangementA 500-dollar home-office setup budgetA 1000-dollar annual learning and development budgetCompany OverviewSaaS enterprise-level software powering mobile advertisers to take programmatic in-house.
