[Remote] Customer Success Manager (EMEA)

They are seeking a highly motivated Customer Success Manager to work directly with customers and trial users, ensuring they maximize the value from the product while identifying new areas for product enhancements.ResponsibilitiesServe as client advocate in all respects of the Singular product, project managing customer onboarding, and overseeing technical solution delivery to ensure proper implementationRegularly meet and engage customers to understand how they use the platform and provide training, guidance, and insights to increase engagement and retentionConsistently meet or exceed customer retention goals and success metricsWork closely with internal teams on escalation and resolution of critical customer issuesBecome a trusted advisor to customers, deeply understanding their needs and helping solve or simplify pain points through Singular’s productIdentify incremental revenue opportunities and lead regular QBRs (virtual and, where relevant, onsite)Travel onsite to customer locations where appropriateProvide regular updates to Client Success leadership, product teams, and management on customer satisfactionKey success metrics include customer renewals, churn, and account growthStrong knowledge of ad tech, mobile, media, and SaaS business modelsSkills3+ years of professional experience in a SaaS-based environment in client services, customer success, or account managementPrior experience leading technical implementations and managing technical relationships with large companies—experience in mobile user acquisition or mobile product roles is a strong plusStrong understanding of the mobile marketing ecosystem (MMPs, ad networks, ad trackers, exchanges, PMDs, BI/analytics companies)Proven track record as a top performer in a customer success or account management roleStrong passion for customer-facing roles and complex technology environmentsExcellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skillsSelf-starter mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global environmentPositive, 'can-do' attitudeStrong knowledge of ad tech, mobile, media, and SaaS business models3+ years of account management/sales experience with exposure to mobile, online advertising, and international marketsBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related fieldCompany OverviewSingular, a marketing intelligence platform, unifies marketing analytics, giving marketers actionable insights from previously siloed data It was founded in 2014, and is headquartered in San Francisco, California, USA, with a workforce of 51-200 employees.
