[Remote] Customer Success Manager (Corporate - Global Security Vertical)

They are seeking a Customer Success Manager to support and grow their portfolio of Global Security customers by guiding them through onboarding, adoption, and renewal processes, while ensuring successful integration of Skopenow into their workflows.ResponsibilitiesManage a portfolio of Global Security accounts and serve as the primary post-sale point of contactBuild trusted relationships with security leaders, analysts, investigators, and operational stakeholdersGuide customers from onboarding through renewal, ensuring successful adoption and long-term engagementConduct regular business reviews to demonstrate value, measure success, and identify opportunities for growthDeliver onboarding sessions, training programs, and ongoing enablement initiativesHelp customers integrate Skopenow into existing investigative, intelligence, and security workflowsDrive platform utilization and adoption through strategic engagement and best-practice recommendationsPartner with customers to identify and achieve their operational goalsOwn renewal and retention efforts across assigned accountsMonitor customer health and proactively address risks before they impact renewalsIdentify opportunities for expanded use cases, upsell initiatives, and account growthAnalyze product usage trends and customer feedback to drive engagementPartner with Sales, Product, Support, and Marketing teams to advocate for customer needsShare customer insights, feedback, and success stories to influence product development and go-to-market strategiesMaintain accurate CRM records, forecasts, account activity, and customer engagement documentationSkills5+ years of experience in corporate security, intelligence, investigations, OSINT, SOCMINT, or related disciplinesExperience using or evaluating commercial OSINT, investigative, or intelligence platformsExceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skillsStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple customer relationships simultaneouslyA customer-first mindset and demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders at all levelsStrong understanding of corporate security operations, including areas such as: Global Security Operations Centers (GSOCs), Executive Protection, Loss Prevention, Corporate Investigations, Event Security, Threat Assessment, Workplace Violence PreventionPrevious experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Training, Adoption, or Client Services rolesExperience supporting enterprise security, risk, investigations, or intelligence teamsFamiliarity with SaaS customer lifecycle management, renewals, and account growth strategiesExperience delivering training programs or serving as a platform power userFamiliarity with the Skopenow platform and OSINT workflowsBenefitsCompetitive compensation, bonus opportunities, and benefits.Company OverviewSkopenow is an analytical search engine that offers fraud detection and risk evaluation services for the insurance and legal industries.
