The Customer Success Manager, Advertising (DSP) will manage relationships with customers, ensuring successful adoption of the product and overseeing display advertising campaigns on various platforms.ResponsibilitiesUnderstand customer needs to plan, organize, and manage all display advertising including, but not limited to, Amazon DSP, Walmart DSP, and The Trade DeskCollaborate with internal teams including other Customer Success Managers to run full-funnel media campaigns and ensure display advertising strategies align to paid search campaignsBe the liaison between Amazon Advertising, Walmart Connect and other external partners and our clientsBe an expert on the CommerceIQ platform and act as a vital resource for helping with training, questions, and troubleshooting customer issuesBe a subject matter expertise in e-commerce advertising for our customers, guiding them on how to drive growth for our customersPerform deep data analysis to answer the client’s strategic questions, and drive actionMove the needle with respect to the client’s KPIs and continuously showcase the value of CommerceIQ’s platform throughout the engagement periodCollaborate with our internal teams to shape new featuresTake ownership of customer service requests through coordinating with the technical support and engineer teams to ensure requests are addressed quickly and with a high level of satisfactionAdvise our Sales team on upselling & cross-selling opportunities that will help our customers succeedSkillsBachelor's degree, preferably in Business, Marketing, Communication, Economics, or a related field5+ total years of professional work experience3+ years experience running paid media, specifically managing Amazon DSP campaigns, in a consulting/agency role or for a large brandExperience managing Amazon DSP campaigns and using Amazon Marketing Cloud (AMC) to perform campaign analysisExperience managing display (Amazon DSP) marketing budgets in the multi-million dollar rangeAbility to deliver compelling presentations tailored to executive level audiences, effectively communicating complex concepts and strategic insights with clarity and confidenceWell versed in bid and budget management, content optimization, and promotion planningAn analytical approach to problem-solving with advanced Excel skillsProject management experience and ability to anticipate and mitigate risksProven experience in working with VP, SVP, and C-level executives of enterprise-level companiesExcellent presentation and communication skills including both oral and writtenTrack record of retaining and renewing Enterprise customers in the SaaS spaceExperience on other advertising platforms such as Amazon Sponsored Ads, Walmart DSP, and The Trade Desk is a plusBenefitsComprehensive medical, vision, and dental coverageA 401(k)-retirement planShort & long-term disability insuranceLife insurancePaid parental leaveMonthly reimbursements for gym, phone, and internet13 paid company holidays in the 2026 calendar year and unlimited PTOCompany OverviewCommerceIQ powers 2,200+ leading brands with AI-driven insights that drive growth across 900+ global retailers.
