They are seeking a Customer Success Manager to support advertisers in onboarding, launching, and growing on OpenAI’s advertising platform, while managing a portfolio of partners and serving as a trusted advisor.ResponsibilitiesOwn relationships with a portfolio of advertising partners, serving as their primary point of contactGuide advertisers through onboarding and campaign launches to ensure strong adoption of OpenAI’s ads productsAnalyze campaign performance and provide clear, actionable recommendations to improve outcomesIdentify opportunities to expand partnerships through increased product adoption and incremental investmentPartner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Analytics, Policy, and Operations to resolve issues and enhance platform valueSurface advertiser feedback and insights to inform product improvements and long-term strategyHelp build scalable processes and best practices that support the growth of OpenAI’s advertising ecosystemSkillsFully bilingual—fluent in both Spanish and English (spoken and written)5-10+ years of experience in digital advertising, account management, customer success, consulting or a related client-facing roleExperience managing advertiser or agency relationships in a platform, publisher, or adtech environmentComfortable interpreting performance data and translating insights into strategic recommendationsExperience with data querying (e.g. SQL, advanced excel/GSheet)Communicates clearly and builds trust with both technical and non-technical stakeholdersOperates with ownership and accountability in fast-moving, evolving environmentsDemonstrates sound judgment and a commitment to user trust and responsible platform growthCompany OverviewOpenAI is an AI research and deployment company that develops advanced AI models, including ChatGPT.
