They are seeking a Customer Success Manager to manage a portfolio of customers, focusing on retention, product adoption, and customer satisfaction through proactive engagement and data-driven insights.ResponsibilitiesOwn the success of our Commercial Real Estate customers, developing scalable playbooks and touchpoints to drive engagement and retentionServe as a trusted advisor to customers, helping them achieve their goals and maximize ROIMonitor customer health scores and usage data to proactively identify at-risk accounts and opportunities for growthDesign and execute scalable programs (webinars, email campaigns, in-app guidance) that deliver value at scaleCollaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Support to champion the voice of the customerTrack and manage renewals, escalations, and at-risk accounts in coordination with internal stakeholdersMaintain accurate account records and activity logs within SFDC and HubSpotSkills2–5 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Program/Project ManagementExperience owning the full renewal processProven ability to manage a large book of business with a data-driven, scaled approachStrong communication and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize across competing demandsExperience building and executing customer programs or playbooks that drive measurable outcomesComfort working in a fast-paced, high-growth environmentExperience with MRI software is a plusExperience in Commercial Real Estate is a plusCandidates with 5+ years in Accounts Receivable would also be consideredCompany OverviewVersapay is a Fintech company offering an accounts receivable efficiency suite that simplifies the invoice-to-cash process.
