Permanently Remote, Visit Clients as Needed Job Title: Remote Customer Success Manager - $85-$110k + 10% (Legal Tech) Salary: $85-$110k Base + 10% Bonus, Benefits Requirements: CSM w/ Experience in Legal Tech Based in SoCal, we are a provider of AI legal tech software. Our software simplifies document control for law firms. We have been in business for around 4 years and have approximately 200 employees. Due to growth we're looking for a Remote Customer Success Manager experience in LegalTech and/or Document Control, and willing to travel around 30% of the time to visit clients in areas like LA, Houston, Dallas, Miami, and/or NY. You will be managing around 30-50 mid market-enterprise accounts, and our average ACV is $40-$80k. You will not be responsible for up selling and renewals, however you will be identifying those opportunities and handing them off to our AEs. You will be meeting with clients several times/week, answering customer inquiries as needed, and engaging in proactive outreach.
