They are seeking a Customer Success Manager to drive software adoption, manage onboarding, and collaborate with various teams to enhance customer experience and product development.ResponsibilitiesDriving expansion and adoption of our software and servicesManaging the onboarding process for each new customerAssisting the sales team in driving and managing referralsReviewing the customer journey, identifying how it's supported, taking a consultative approach in helping clients to overcome issues and achieve goalsProviding critical insights to the product team as a means to improve our developing platformMaintaining customer health and introducing new, valuable features as they become relevant on the customer journeyEducating champions and their teams on the value of our product, and helping uncover use cases before they become emergenciesWorking cross-functionally with product, sales, and support team members to foster a strong sense of community and information sharingAchieve and exceed quarterly onboarding goalsUpselling existing accounts to more premium tiersSkillsMinimum of 2-5 years of professional experience in SaaS customer successExcellent written and oral communication skills and equally excellent attention to detailTenacity and the willingness to pursue hard goals despite obstaclesFlexibility and creativity to circumvent obstacles as they emergeTech-savvy and proficient in standard communication, collaboration, and task management toolsUnderstanding of the fundamentals of sales strategy, relationship building, and pipeline processesExperience using the Hubspot Sales and/or Marketing suitesExperience selling software to retail or restaurant customer basesExperience working as a frontline employee in retail, restaurant, or service industry rolesExperience working in early-stage, high growth company environmentsBenefitsEntirely remote with regular all-expenses-paid team retreatsSignificant equity packageUnlimited PTOCompetitive health benefitsWellness incentivesCompany OverviewSparkPlug is a performance management software that motivates, engages, and incentivizes sales employees.
