The Customer Success Manager will drive strategic client growth, manage revenue and profitability, and ensure successful execution of tailored solutions while building strong client relationships.ResponsibilitiesBuild and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within client organizations, while proactively identifying new business opportunities, including upselling and cross-selling within existingServe as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Healthcare Dental Domain, including domains such as Multi-Unit Healthcare and Retail Health (Vet, Vision, etc), providing strategic insights and domain knowledge to drive solutionsCreate and execute strategic account plans to ensure long-term client success and revenue growthMeet and exceed revenue targets by managing account P&L and identifying cost-effective solutionsUnderstand client needs and align company services and products to deliver tailored, industry-specific AI solutions, leveraging vertical AI capabilities across domains such as Health & Dental Care to address unique business challenges and drive measurable outcomesWork closely with delivery, marketing, and product teams to ensure smooth execution of client projectsLead contract discussions, renewals, and pricing negotiations to secure long-term partnershipsContinuously monitor emerging trends, regulatory changes, technological advancements, and competitor strategies across Healthcare, Dental, Multi-Unit, and Retail Health domains. Leverage these insights to anticipate client challenges, identify innovation opportunities, and deliver proactive AI-driven and business transformation solutions aligned with industry’s best practices.
