They are seeking a Customer Success Manager to manage enterprise customer relationships, drive product adoption, and identify expansion opportunities to enhance customer value.ResponsibilitiesOwn the full customer relationship - from onboarding and adoption through to retention and expansionDrive product utilisation, deliver compelling demos, and develop cost optimisation strategies that resonate with technical and business stakeholdersNavigate a diverse enterprise customer portfolio with confidence and commercial awarenessWork cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Leadership to amplify customer demand and accelerate adoptionBuild strong, lasting relationships across customer organisations - from practitioners to the C-suiteIdentify and execute expansion opportunities, growing the footprint and value delivered within each accountServe as the voice of the customer internally - feeding insights back to Product and GTM teamsSkills3+ years in a Customer Success, Technical Account Management, or customer-facing role - ideally within a cybersecurity or cloud security environmentExperience working in or alongside a startup - you're comfortable with pace, ambiguity, and building as you goSolid working knowledge of cloud-native and DevOps tools and cloud computing conceptsA confident communicator and presenter who leads with value and impactCommercially sharp - you understand retention, expansion, and what drives long-term customer healthProactive, organised, and outcome-driven - you don't wait to be told, you go and make it happenCompany OverviewCyberForce Global is a human resource firm that helps IT industries to find employees.
