About the Role:

Developing and executing strategic plans to drive merchant growth and customer satisfaction
Analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities, and presenting insights to merchants
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve processes
Building and maintaining strong relationships with merchants and internal stakeholders
Identifying and implementing process improvements to drive efficiency and scalability
Requirements:
3+ years of professional experience in account management, sales, marketing, or a related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience working with large datasets
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to change
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with data analysis tools
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field
Experience in e-commerce, retail, or a related industry
Knowledge of Amazon's products and services
Experience with project management tools and software
