They are seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to onboard new customers, drive product adoption, and expand usage across accounts, ensuring that clients derive measurable value from their services.ResponsibilitiesOnboarding & Implementation: Lead onboarding and implementation for new customers, ensuring a smooth transition onto GearflowRelationship Management: Build strong, long-term relationships with fleet teams and operational leaders at heavy civil and related contractorsProduct Adoption: Help customers adopt Gearflow in their day-to-day workflows so it becomes part of how they operateCustomer Health: Conduct regular check-ins and success reviews to track adoption, surface risks, and identify opportunities to expand usage and improve outcomesValue Realization: Ensure customers achieve clear, measurable results from Gearflow, tying usage back to business impactExpansion Opportunities: Identify and nurture opportunities to grow accounts through increased usage, new teams, or new sitesCross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product and Sales to share customer feedback, influence roadmap priorities, and support new sales opportunitiesProcess & Reporting: Maintain accurate records in our systems and provide consistent updates on customer health, risks, and opportunitiesSkillsA track record of building strong, trusted customer relationships3–5 years working in civil construction in a Fleet Operations role or experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or other customer-facing SaaSExperience working in construction, fleet operations, industrial, or similar blue-collar industries is a plusStartup experience is also a plusStrong relationship-building and interpersonal skillsHighly organized with strong time and priority managementExcellent verbal and written communication skillsComfortable leading customer calls, training, and account reviewsProficiency with CRM and customer success toolsCustomer-first mindset and genuine enjoyment of helping customers winHigh degree of self-accountability and follow-throughThrive in a fast-moving, high-growth startup environmentEnjoys solving real-world problems for people in construction and fleet operationsBenefitsPerformance bonus tied to customer success outcomesHealthcare and 401kExperience at a high-growth, fast-paced startup with a small, nimble, A+ teamCompany OverviewB2B marketplace revolutionizing construction parts commerce It was founded in 2018, and is headquartered in Chicago, Illinois, USA, with a workforce of 11-50 employees.
