They are seeking a highly motivated Customer Success Manager to drive customer satisfaction, retention, and engagement by building strong relationships and ensuring user adoption of their services.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute tailored Customer Success Plans to drive user adoption, satisfaction, and retentionBuild trusted advisor relationships with customers, establishing yourself as a strategic partnerCollaborate with customers to define goals, set key performance indicators, and track progressDevelop a deep understanding of the Noggin enterprise software platform to assist clients in driving additional valueLeverage CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Customer Success platforms (e.g., Gainsight, ChurnZero) to monitor and manage customer engagementSkills4+ years of experience in customer advocacy, sales, engineering, or project managementProficiency in CRM software and Customer Success platformsExperience with B2B congratulable SaaS platformsAbility to obtain necessary background clearance as required by customersStrong communication and relationship-building skills, with a customer-focused mindsetBachelors degree with 4+ years of experience in customer advocacy, sales, engineering, and/or project managementAND 3+ years experience with a CRM softwareLegal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required.
