As a Customer Success Engineer, you will serve as a trusted technical advisor to customers, ensuring successful adoption and integration of VulnCheck's solutions into their security programs.ResponsibilitiesOwn the technical post-sales relationship for a portfolio of VulnCheck customers, serving as their primary point of contact for implementation and ongoing technical guidanceLead customer onboarding, deployment, and adoption of VulnCheck solutions, ensuring successful integration into existing security tools, platforms, and workflowsProvide hands-on technical consulting to help customers operationalize VulnCheck data within SIEMs, TIPs, SOAR platforms, data lakes, and internal toolingDesign, build, and troubleshoot custom workflows, scripts, and integrations, leveraging VulnCheck APIs, SDKs, and datasetsDiagnose and resolve technical issues related to APIs, data fidelity, performance, and integration architectureDeliver technical enablement through training sessions, architecture reviews, best-practice guidance, and ongoing optimization recommendationsAct as a customer advocate internally, collecting feedback, identifying product gaps, and collaborating with Product and Engineering teams to influence roadmap prioritiesSupport renewal and expansion efforts by ensuring customers achieve measurable value and maturity with VulnCheck over timeAccelerate customer time-to-value through structured onboarding and guided implementationHelp customers operationalize exploit and vulnerability intelligence across vulnerability management, SOC, threat intelligence, and IR workflowsProvide proactive technical guidance to optimize architectures, improve performance, and expand use casesPartner with internal Account Teams, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure a seamless customer lifecycleEnable customers to become self-sufficient power users of VulnCheck technologySkills3+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role within cybersecurity (e.g., Technical Account Manager, Customer Success Engineer, Post-Sales Engineer, or similar), including demonstrated experience supporting public sector and/or government entities and navigating their procurement, compliance, and operational requirementsDeep understanding of the cybersecurity product landscape, with a strong focus on Vulnerability Management and Threat IntelligenceStrong working knowledge of incident response, SOC operations, and vulnerability management workflows, and how vulnerability intelligence supports each functionProven ability to develop and maintain scripts in PythonHands-on experience working with REST APIs and JSON-based data modelsExperience building or rapidly learning integrations and workflows in platforms such as SIEM, SOAR, TIP or similar security toolingDemonstrated experience providing technical mentorship, enablement, or customer guidanceFamiliarity with the Go programming language is a plusBenefitsCompetitive salary with employee equity programHealth, dental, and vision coverageUnlimited PTOPension ContributionRemote friendly environment with flexibilityExpense reimbursement for home internet and phoneOngoing professional development, coaching, and learning resourcesOpportunities for career advancement within a fast-growing teamCompany OverviewVulnCheck provides vulnerability intelligence and exploit monitoring services for security teams.
