[Remote] Customer Success Engineer

As a Customer Success Engineer, you will enhance product adoption and user engagement while collaborating with Sales Engineers to drive customer satisfaction and retention.ResponsibilitiesHelp define the role, building programs and automations for repeatable, scalable use across AMERDevelop and A/B test enablement programs to identify the most effective ways to drive user adoption and satisfaction at scaleExecute demonstrations of new product features and conduct hands-on workshops in collaboration with Sales EngineersFocus on onboarding and increasing user retention by educating customers on best practices within the Dataiku platformEstablish regular touchpoints to advise users on applying Dataiku to their specific business needs and use casesExecute programs to create self-sustaining enablement and "communities of practice" within customer accounts, capture and document client use cases and stories to share the impact of their workCollaborate with Account Executives and Sales Engineers to identify expansion opportunities that drive additional valueSkillsFoundational Experience: 0-1 years in sales engineering, technical consulting, or data science roles with a track record of customer satisfactionEntrepreneurial Mindset: Ability to navigate ambiguity, build consensus, and work with urgency to define a new segment's successCommunication Excellence: Strong written and oral presentation skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to both no-code and high-code usersPublic Speaking: A knack for engaging with all levels of customer teams, from individual contributors to leadershipTravel: Willingness to travel up to 25% across the AMER regionTechnical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with data storage and computing infrastructure (SQL, Kubernetes, etc.) and proficiency with Python, R, or SQLPlatform Certifications: Dataiku Advanced Designer, Snowflake SnowPro Core, or Databricks Business Analyst certificationsStrategic Vision: Experience building and operating communities of practice or scalable post-sales programsIntellectual Curiosity: A never-ending desire to learn new solutions and translate features into business valueBenefitsStock optionsMedical, dental, and vision plansFlexible spending accountsPre-tax commuter benefitsA 401k company matchPaid vacations and sick leavePaid parental leaveEmployer paid disability coverageAdditional health and wellbeing perks and benefitsCompany OverviewDataiku operates as an enterprise artificial intelligence and machine-learning platform.
