They are seeking a Customer Ambassador to focus on post-sale customer care and service triage, guiding new customers through the onboarding process and ensuring they have a smooth start with the platform.ResponsibilitiesGuide new customers through the onboarding process, ensuring they understand how to navigate and utilize the OmniFunds platform using live sessions and recorded webinarsMonitor customer progress during the onboarding process and proactively reach out to check on their success and offer assistance if neededProvide personalized support via email, chat, and phone to answer any questions or resolve issuesCreate and deliver helpful resources, including tutorials and guides, to ensure customers have a smooth start with OmniFundsMaintain a positive, friendly, and approachable tone throughout all customer interactionsWork closely with the customer support team to identify and address any common questions or pain pointsCollect and relay customer feedback to help improve the platform and customer experienceSkillsA positive, can-do attitude with the ability to create rapport with customersExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to explain technical concepts in a simple, easy-to-understand mannerPrevious experience in customer service, onboarding, or similar roles is a plus, especially in a SaaS or tech environmentA passion for helping people and making their experience as enjoyable and seamless as possibleExperience in the financial markets is a plus, but not required for the right candidateBenefitsWork remotely with a supportive and fun teamOpportunity to make a real impact in helping customers succeed on our platformCompetitive payCompany OverviewNirvana Systems develops trading software and platforms.
