[Remote] Customer Success Associate

Ontra is the leader in AI-powered solutions for the private markets, and they are seeking a Customer Success Associate to support their Contract Automation Customer Success team. The role involves customer onboarding, retention, and process optimization to enhance customer satisfaction and product utilization.
