They are seeking a Customer Success and Support Specialist to implement and support day-to-day operations of GMR’s Transportation Management Platform, ensuring responsive and reliable service for users.ResponsibilitiesEnd User SupportRespond to support requests within 1 business dayTrack and document support activities and escalate issues as neededKeep users informed of system updates and provide channels for feedbackSupport user acceptance testing, training, and ongoing user supportCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective system design and performanceMaintain system configurations and assist in developing training materialsDocument system changes and write clear procedures for training and referenceIdentify process improvement opportunities and support proposal developmentTranslate technical information into user-friendly languageGenerate reports and summaries to support decision-makingFollow all company policies and information systems security protocolsSkillsHigh school diploma or GED requiredFamiliar with Software as a Service (SaaS) conceptsUnderstands how people, processes, and technology work together to improve service deliveryExperience writing business process specs, test plans, and documentationStrong problem-solving and process improvement skillsProficient in Outlook, MS Teams, Excel, and SmartsheetSelf-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independentlyTeam player with a positive, collaborative attitudeProfessional, clear communicator with strong interpersonal skillsQuick thinker and effective problem solverWilling to work nights/weekends/holiday and travel as neededBachelor's degree in business, Technology, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)Company OverviewGlobal Medical Response delivers emergency medical and relocation services to patients in their time of need.
