As a Remote Customer Success Advocate, you'll be the voice of our customers, delivering exceptional support and solutions through inbound calls in a dynamic and collaborative environment. You'll leverage cutting-edge technology and a supportive team to ensure customer satisfaction and drive positive outcomes.

Excels at understanding and resolving diverse customer inquiries.
Is an active listener with strong probing and questioning skills.
Has a proven ability to meet and exceed performance goals.
Is adept at managing objections and reducing customer churn.
Possesses an enthusiastic and positive attitude.
What We Offer:
Competitive Pay: $15.00 - $20.00/hour
Flexible Schedule: 8-hour shifts, 5 days a week (available between 6am-12am PST)

Qualifications:
Ideal candidates will have:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong multitasking abilities.
A problem-solving mindset and a drive to achieve goals.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools.
Prior experience in customer service and sales.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Remote Work Requirements:
A quiet, distraction-free, and secure workspace.
Reliable internet connectivity: 2 Mbps upload/10 Mbps download minimum.
Dedicated, hard-wired internet connection for optimal call quality. Wireless and satellite internet are not supported.
A smartphone (iOS or Android, 4 years old or newer) for company communications.
