They are seeking a Customer Success Manager to manage relationships with high-value customers, ensuring they achieve results and become long-term clients.ResponsibilitiesManage relationships with our highest-value customersLead onboarding calls and help new customers launch successfullyRun regular success reviews and strategy calls with customersRespond quickly to customer questions and support requestsIdentify opportunities to improve adoption and increase customer resultsWork closely with customers to optimize their outreach strategyCoordinate with product and engineering teams to resolve issues and communicate feedbackProactively identify expansion opportunities, additional seats, and account upgradesBuild strong relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholdersHelp reduce churn and increase customer retentionSkills1+ year of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar client-facing roleExperience managing strategic customer accounts with multiple stakeholdersDemonstrated track record of increasing retention, expansion revenue, and customer satisfactionComfortable running executive-level conversations and presenting recommendations to leadership teamsExperience working with fast-growing B2B SaaS companiesAbility to balance customer advocacy with commercial objectivesStrong understanding of sales, outbound prospecting, and GTM workflowsNative English speakerExcellent communicator and relationship builderComfortable leading customer calls and presenting recommendationsHighly organized and able to manage multiple accounts simultaneouslyCustomer-obsessed and focused on delivering outcomesAble to handle difficult conversations and turn problems into opportunitiesCurious about AI, sales, and modern GTM systemsFast learner who thrives in a startup environmentExperience managing enterprise customers is highly preferredBenefitsThis is a fully remote role.Fully remote, work from anywhereCompany OverviewGojiberry AI is an AI Agent that finds high intent leads for B2B companies.
