Key Responsibilities:

Provide expert travel advice on destinations, accommodations, flights, and activities
Assist clients in booking flights, hotels, rental cars, and tours
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat

Address and resolve issues related to bookings, cancellations, and disruptions
Handle customer complaints professionally and offer appropriate solutions
?? Travel Itinerary Management
Create personalized travel itineraries tailored to client preferences
Modify and update bookings as needed
?? Booking
Process travel transactions accurately and efficiently
Provide clear explanations of payment options, travel insurance, and refund policies
?? Customer Education
Educate clients on visa requirements, health/safety regulations, and baggage policies
Recommend travel packages, promotions, and loyalty programs
?? Database
Maintain up-to-date records of customer interactions, bookings, and feedback
What You Need to Succeed:
? Education: High school diploma or equivalent
? Experience: 1-2 years in customer service or travel-related roles (preferred but not required)
? Tech Savvy: Familiarity with travel booking systems like Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo is a plus!
? Skills:
Strong communication abilities
Ability to multi-task
Proficiency in MS Office
