Remote Customer Service/Sales Representative

Responsibilities...
Ā Conduct inbound calls and respond to inquiries via email or other communication channels
Ā Schedule virtual appointments with customers via Zoom
Ā Customize new benefit plans and adjust existing plans to fit the current needs of each client
Ā Educate customers on the features and benefits of our products
Ā Perform reviews for existing clients, as well as help with any necessary claims or adjustments
Ā Address any questions or concerns potential customers may have
Ā Provide attentive customer service and any necessary administrative support in response to members' needs
Ā Collaborate closely with other team members to ensure a seamless sales experience for customers
Ā Maintain accurate records of all sales interactions in our CRM system
Qualifications:
Ā Previous experience in sales or customer service
Ā Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ā Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
Ā Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Ā Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Ā Proficient in using Zoom and MS Office Suite
