What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Verify, respond to, and dispatch emergency signals
Answer incoming calls and notify customers of non-emergency signals
Process basic data changes to customer accounts
Handle signals from one location/area and TTY stations
Work weekends, holidays, and shifts with potential for mandatory overtime
What Is Required (Qualifications)
High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and internet usage
Excellent communication, listening, and decision-making skills
Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to changes in the work environment
Ability to concentrate on tasks without being distracted
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
0-2 years of experience in alarm monitoring or related field
Certification in alarm monitoring services
