What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Verify, respond to, and dispatch emergency signals
Answer incoming calls and notify customers of non-emergency signals
Process basic data changes to customer accounts
Handle signals from various locations and TTY stations
Work under close supervision during the first 30 days
What Is Required (Qualifications)
High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
Proficiency in verification and dispatching of alarms to police/fire agencies
Knowledge of different types of signals and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Familiarity with computers, Microsoft Office applications, and the internet
Excellent communication and listening skills
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
One to three months of related experience or training/certification
Basic knowledge and understanding of VIP accounts and department
