รย As a representative of the client brand, it is essential to approach customer interactions with a caring and empathetic attitude, escalating to a higher level of expertise as necessary.
รย Thorough documentation of all issues, resolutions, and follow-up actions is a crucial component of this role
Qualifications:
รย Experience in customer service, technical, sales, or related fields is preferred, but not required.
รย Along with the skill to develop a strong relationship with clients.
รย The candidate should have the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize them efficiently.
รย Ability to maintain a positive and professional attitude.
รย The candidate should possess exceptional written, listening, and verbal communication skills.
Additional Requirements:
รย A USB headset with noise cancellation and a microphone
รย I5 Processor (or AMD equivalent) required (i7 processor preferred)
รย 4GB memory required, 8GB memory preferred
รย Windows 10 or 11
รย Updated Security patches and Firewall
รย Able to complete Assessment and Background check prior to start.
รย Ability to complete training
รย Ability to work at least 20-40 hours per week.
