The Customer Service Specialist II role combines frontline customer service expertise with strategic inside sales operations, serving as a key liaison between customers and the organization to ensure effective issue resolution and proactive sales engagement.ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary contact for customer interactions via phone, and emailResolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently, ensuring high satisfaction and loyaltyIdentify opportunities by understanding customer needs and promoting suitable solutions.
