They are seeking a Customer Service Specialist I to provide support through phone, email, and chat, troubleshoot issues, and build strong relationships with customers and colleagues. Responsibilities Provide phone, email, and chat support, efficiently resolving customer issues in collaboration with internal teams Troubleshoot and diagnose reported problems, working to understand and correct issues Build strong relationships with customers and colleagues through timely and professional communication Identify, test, and verify issues, providing clear documentation to the development team Participate in testing new features and suggest recommendations for product enhancements Skills At least one year of experience in a technical help desk or technical support role A bachelor's degree in a related discipline is preferred, with education requirements potentially waived based on experience Practical knowledge of the healthcare industry is a definite plus Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a charismatic phone presence Ability to work a flexible 8-hour schedule, providing coverage between 7 AM and 7 PM CST, Monday through Friday Familiarity with Salesforce and Microsoft Teams Basic understanding of SQL Strong problem-solving skills with an ability to prioritize tasks Insatiable curiosity for learning how things work Experience in a customer service role within healthcare technology Benefits Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance Company Overview At Prism Data Consulting, we transform raw information into strategic insights.
