Solutions-Oriented Support:
Ā Analyze customer issues and provide effective solutions in a timely manner.
Ā Manage collections calls for past-due accounts, offering empathetic and professional solutions while reducing delinquencies.
Record-Keeping & Collaboration:
Ā Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback using our computerized system.
Ā Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience.
Ā Uphold company policies and procedures while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor.
Skills & Qualifications
Communication:
Ā Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an emphasis on phone etiquette.
Ā Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to a diverse client base.
Experience & Problem-Solving:
Ā Strong background in customer support or client services; experience in sales or collections is a plus.
Ā Ability to analyze situations effectively and provide appropriate solutions quickly.
Technical Proficiency:
Ā Proficient in using computerized systems for record-keeping and communication.
Ā Familiarity with property management software (training provided).
Attitude & Teamwork:
Ā A positive attitude with a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
Ā Ability to work collaboratively in a team while excelling in an independent, remote environment.
