Handle inbound calls from customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
Provide accurate information regarding products and services offered by our clients.
Exhibit exceptional communication skills and maintain a patient demeanor while assisting customers.
Document all interactions and maintain comprehensive records of customer communications.
Collaborate with team members to enhance customer service delivery and efficiency.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent is required.
A minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience is preferred.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in using computer systems and applications, with the ability to navigate multiple platforms.
Demonstrated problem-solving capabilities and a commitment to delivering an outstanding customer experience.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive customer information with discretion.
Willingness to work in a remote environment with reliable internet connectivity.
Experience in the contact center industry is advantageous.
Technical Requirements:
A laptop or desktop PC (not a Mac, Surface, or Chromebook) with Windows 10.
Direct ethernet connection for internet access is mandatory.
USB headset (not wireless) featuring noise-canceling capabilities.
A functioning webcam (external or built-in) for video communication.
