Shift: 8-hour shifts between 7:30 am - 7:00 pm (Monday-Friday)
Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour plus incentivesWe are hiring 20 Remote Customer Service Representatives for our client based in Greensboro, NC! This is a remote opportunity with the convenience of working from home, but candidates must reside in the Triad Area to qualify. Key Responsibilities:
Answer inbound customer calls, identify their needs, and provide assistance
Resolve routine and escalated customer service issues efficiently
Assist customers in navigating the company website and troubleshooting issues
Accurately document customer interactions in the computer system
Achieve productivity and customer satisfaction goals
Adapt to the departments needs with flexibility and a positive attitude
Ideal Candidate Profile:
1+ year of experience in customer service or call center environments
Previous Collections Experience preferred
Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism
Basic office mathematics and general computer skills required.
Previous Experience with SAP and/or Speedpay a plus
High school diploma or equivalent
Must successfully complete customer service training and demonstrate proficiency
