Positions Schedule
Ā Monday: In the Chantilly office 8AM-5PM (one hour lunch break)
Ā Tuesday-Friday: Remote work from home 8-5PM (one hour lunch break
Job Role
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher that is positive, detail-oriented, and wants to join a successful team in Chantilly, VA. The CSR/Dispatcher's duties include but are not limited to:
Ā Dispatching service technicians according to their schedule
Ā Answering incoming service calls and adjusting technician s schedule as needed
Ā Resolving customer issues in a prompt and courteous manner
Ā Maintain customer satisfaction by investigating concerns, routing them to the proper staff and responding to special requirements
Ā Match type of service required with availability, location and duration of service to maximize productivity, profitability and efficiency
Ā Making outbound calls to keep the schedule filled and maintain the Company's membership base
Ā Being a good teammate to coworkers
Ā Educating customers on our Membership benefits to make them a lifelong customer
Requirements
Ā Previous experience in a call center
Ā Must be able to type ~70 wpm
Ā MUST like talking with people and making them happy by using great communication skills
Ā Ability to work independently as well as within a team
Ā Be familiar with main cities and locations in Northern Virginia
Ā Must be detail oriented and have the ability to think proactively
Remote Work Requirements
SSI will provide a laptop and cell phone but candidates must provide:
Ā High Speed internet
Ā Quiet Workspace with minimal background noise
Compensation
Ā This job role is between $16-$19/hr based on experience
Ā There are a lot of commission opportunities for this position as well which average an additional $100-$1000+ per month
