**Key Responsibilities**
As a remote customer service representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional customer service through inbound phone calls, chat messages, and emails
* Resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner

* Collaborating with internal teams to ensure consistent and high-quality customer experiences
* Meeting or exceeding performance metrics and client expectations

**Earnings and Revenue**
As an independent contractor, you'll have the potential to earn up to $19 per hour, with pay determined by your phone call status when assisting customers. Additionally, you'll have access to various incentives and bonuses based on client and performance metrics.

**Technology and Equipment Requirements**
To ensure seamless communication and connectivity, you'll need:

* A personal computer with a minimum of 8GB RAM (tablets and Chromebooks are not permitted)
* A wired USB headset with microphone for clear communication
* High-speed wired internet with a minimum of 10 Mbps download speed for seamless connectivity
* Operating system of Windows 10 or Windows 11 (some clients may accept AppleOS)
* Valid and up-to-date antivirus software installed
* A smartphone, Android tablet, or iPad for program work, along with an authentication app
**Work Environment Requirements**
To maintain a productive and efficient work environment, you'll need:
* A quiet, uninterrupted space
* An organized desk area
**Geographic Restrictions**
Please note that we are currently unable to work with contractors residing in Alaska, California, Connecticut, Delaware, Illinois, Michigan, Massachusetts, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, Oregon, Rhode Island, Vermont, Washington, or Washington DC. Contractors must also successfully pass a criminal background check.
**Contractual Relationship**
As an independent contractor, you'll remain in a contractual relationship with careerzynith for the duration of your program assignment. You'll be responsible for your own taxes, benefits, and other employment-related expenses. When you receive your contract, you'll be asked to agree to have no claim against careerzynith for vacation pay, sick leave, retirement benefits, Social Security, worker's compensation, health or disability benefits, overtime, unemployment insurance benefits, or employee benefits of any kind.
