Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include:


Assisting customers with billing inquiries and concerns
Ensuring accurate documentation and input of customer information into our client system
Providing detailed explanations of account status and inquiries to customers
Adhering to State and Federal regulations pertaining to your job duties
Assisting customers with delinquent accounts according to various state guidelines
Utilizing exceptional communication skills to fulfill both client and customer goals


Key Results Areas

To succeed in this role, you will need to focus on the following key results areas:


Maintaining an average Inbound Handle Time
Achieving Quality Assurance goals
Adhering to Production measures (time spent on calls, schedule adherence, etc.)


Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following qualifications:

Essential Qualifications


High School graduate or equivalent required
Detail-oriented with the ability to organize and prioritize work
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficient in Microsoft applications, with the ability to learn software applications
Strong focus on exemplary shift attendance


Preferred Qualifications


Previous experience in customer service or a related field
Knowledge of customer service software and technology
Experience working in a remote or work-from-home environment


Technical Requirements

To work from home, you will need to meet the following technical requirements:


Broadband internet connection (No DSL, or Dial Up)
Hard-wired connection required (no Wi-Fi, Wi-Fi hotspots)
Speed Test Results: 25 mbps download, 20 mbps upload
Camera requirements – Cameras are required to be on during training from start to end of each shift (not including breaks and lunches)


What We Offer

We offer a competitive compensation package, including:


$16.50/hour
Paid training starting on July 21, 2025
Monday through Friday: 8am - 5pm EST (training hours)
Monday through Friday: 10am - 8pm EST; Saturday: 9am - 5pm EST (hours of operation)
