Key Responsibilities

Customer Support & Inquiry Management

Respond to customer inquiries via multiple communication channels including phone, email, live chat, and social media platforms
Address customer questions, concerns, and issues promptly, professionally, and with empathy
Navigate complex customer requests while maintaining composure and ensuring satisfaction
Document all interactions accurately in our customer relationship management system
Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been fully resolved


Problem Resolution & Troubleshooting

Analyze customer issues to identify root causes and implement effective solutions
Troubleshoot technical problems related to orders, accounts, products, and services
Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments while maintaining customer communication

Turn potentially negative situations into positive customer experiences


Product & Service Expertise

Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of arenaflex's products, services, policies, and procedures

Provide accurate information to customers regarding orders, returns, shipping, and account management
Recommend appropriate solutions based on customer needs and product capabilities
Become a subject matter expert in your assigned product categories

Process orders, refunds, and account updates while maintaining accuracy

Required Skills & Qualifications

Educational & Experience Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred but not mandatory
