We are seeking highly skilled and enthusiastic Customer Service Representatives to join our team in Texas. As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will provide exceptional service and build strong relationships with our customers through effective telephone, chat, and email support.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide premium customer service and support via phone, chat, and email
Respond to customer inquiries regarding logistics, returns, refunds, product information, and warranty questions
Assist customers with website navigation and general questions
Work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
