As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and assisting them with their inquiries and needs. Ā• *WFH Assignment Duration: 4 Month Summer Project (Govt Benefit Programs)
Ā• *100% Remote Summer Program; after the summer, all agents will have the opportunity to work onsite for other programs.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Assist customers with product inquiries, order placement, and issue resolution
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, services, and promotions
- Enter customer information and order details into the system accurately
- Upsell products and services to customers when appropriate
- Analyze customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
- Resolve customer complaints or concerns effectively and efficiently
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
Skills:
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle challenging situations calmly and professionally
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Proficient in data entry and navigating computer systems
- Ability to analyze customer information to identify areas of concern with accounts
- Ability to effectively communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner
- Self-motivation to work under his/her own initiative.
