Location: Remote Job Overview As a Customer Service Representative at Foundever, you’ll support one of the largest financial providers in the U.S. — no cold calling required! This is an inbound call center environment in the comfort of your own home! We offer paid training that will help prepare you for the launch of this new career. Seeking availability for 8-hour shifts during the hours of 8am-8pm EST or 12pm-12am EST, including evening and weekend availability. What We’re Looking For Must be at least 18 years old. High school diploma or GED equivalent required. 1 year of relevant work experience. Open availability during operating hours a must! Professional customer service aptitude is essential. If you reside within 50 miles of our on-site locations, you will be offered an onsite role. Key Skills Customer Service Aptitude: Strong skills in delivering exceptional service. System Navigation: Ability to navigate system tools to search for answers & information. Home Setup Requirements Provided Equipment: Foundever will ship the necessary equipment. Internet Requirements: A hardwired high-speed internet connection. No wireless Work Environment: A quiet, distraction-free space is essential; webcam video presence will be required during training and production. Cannot be a primary care provider during hours of operation. Device Requirements: You'll need to use your own computer or tablet (excluding Kindle Fire Tablets) for the first few days of training before we ship the equipment.
