• Learn and apply product knowledge to assist customers more effectively
Required Qualifications
• Strong written communication skills

• Comfortable working independently and staying organized in a remote environment
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn new systems and processes
