[Remote] Customer Service Representative - June 2026 Start - Inbound Only

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Principle Choice Solutions (PCS) is looking for friendly, motivated individuals to help support Veterans through our inbound call center. The role involves answering incoming calls, providing excellent customer service, and assisting with various inquiries.ResponsibilitiesAnswer incoming calls and assist customers with their questionsProvide excellent service with a positive and understanding approachDocument call details in our systemsSolve problems and help customers find solutionsWork with a variety of people and build positive relationshipsAnd other tasks, as neededSkillsU.S. citizenship (work sponsorship not available)Two forms of valid ID (one must be a REAL ID or U.S. passport)Ability to obtain and pass a VA government background checkGreat communication skills and a desire to help othersEnsure end-of-day coverage by remaining on duty until all calls in the queue are resolved.
