Communicate accurate information to patients in a clear, concise, and professional manner
Review patient accounts, documenting interactions and feedback
Set up patient payments via check, electronic transfer, or credit card
Collaborate with team leads, management, and clients to resolve disputes and ensure patient satisfaction

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Customer/Client Focus: Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service
Communication Proficiency: Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Education and Experience:
