[Remote] Customer Service Representative (Intern)

They are seeking a Customer Service Representative (Intern) to provide support to business and individual tax software clients, resolving moderate to complex inquiries through various communication channels. The role involves handling customer interactions, documenting resolutions, and participating in product testing and process improvement initiatives.ResponsibilitiesHandle phone, e-mail, and chat support for moderate to complex system or content issues.
