TPI Global Solutions is seeking a Customer Logistics & Supply Chain Specialist to serve as the primary point of contact between customers and internal teams. This role involves managing customer orders, resolving supply chain issues, and driving process improvements while ensuring high levels of customer service.ResponsibilitiesManage customer orders and resolve order-related issuesAct as the primary contact for assigned customers and internal teamsAnalyze supply chain and logistics issues and coordinate resolutionsLead cross-functional meetings and collaborate with stakeholdersMonitor order flow, transportation issues, inventory constraints, and delivery schedulesRun SAP reports and analyze trends to identify improvement opportunitiesManage high-volume customer inquiries via email and phoneSupport promotional activities, product launches, warehouse changes, and allocation processesInvestigate customer deductions, claims, transportation issues, and credit-related concernsDrive continuous improvement initiatives and support project management effortsMaintain service levels and meet operational performance metricsSkillsHigh School Diploma or GEDMinimum 1 year of customer-facing experienceStrong customer service and communication skillsExcellent problem-solving and analytical abilitiesAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentExperience working independently with minimal supervisionProficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field3+ years of customer service, call center, logistics, or supply chain experienceExperience with order management and supply chain operationsExperience using SAP, Salesforce, CRM systems, SharePoint, or similar toolsKnowledge of transportation, logistics, inventory, and customer order management processesCompany OverviewTPI Global started in 1998, providing technical professionals to businesses scrambling to fix the Y2K bug.
